Enhanced Access and Availability—you have 24/7 access to Dr. Buencamino through direct phone calls, emails, or portal messaging. Same-day/next-day appointments are available and little to no wait in the waiting room.
Extended Appointment Times—with a smaller patient panel, we are able to provide more time for each appointment. Our appointments range from 30-90 minutes depending on the reason for visit.
Preventive Focus—we believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! We place great emphasis on preventive care and proactive strategies to maintain good health and prevent potential issues.
Coordination of Care—we take a more active role in coordinating your overall care. This includes liaising with specialists, scheduling referral visits, and ensuring a cohesive well-managed healthcare experience.

Concierge Medicine of the South Shore has opted out of insurance participation. Meaning we do not contract with any particular insurance plans or policies. Your membership fee covers unlimited visits with the provider.
While concierge medicine provides personalized care and convenience, it’s important to note that it doesn’t replace the need for health insurance.
Members are encouraged to maintain health insurance coverage for services not covered by the practice such as hospitalizations, surgeries, and specialist care outside the practice.
*Please note if you have an HMO policy we may not be able to provide services as your policy may require the ordering physician to be in-network as a participating provider.

The use of Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts for concierge membership may have certain restrictions and varies based on guidelines set forth by the IRS.
Typically fees for concierge medicine are not considered qualified medical expenses eligible for HSA/FSA funds however certain medical services and visits may qualify as eligible. You will need to check with the administrator of the plan.
Additionally tax laws regulations change frequently and it is advisable to consult with a tax advisor for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding the use of funds for concierge medical membership.
